kodwai changelog: new look, score reveal, session moments and weekly leagues
A new look for kodwai.com and the app, a score reveal on gauges, chess-style session moments, weekly leagues and a new README rank card.

kodwai has a new look, and a few new things come with it. The full story is in the launch post on the blog. Here is the short version.
A new look for the site and the app
Buttons are tactile keycaps, the score sits on analog gauges above a dark readout, and each axis has one color: orange for Direction, cobalt for Outcome, lime for Lift. The logo and favicon are the same.
Score reveal
After a run is scored, each axis gauge sweeps to your real value. Maximums vary per challenge. Your total counts up, and a stamp appears only when you earned one: a personal best, your first run, or a tier up.

Session moments
Your scored session gets chess-style marks: !! brilliant, ✓ good, ?! dubious, ?? miss. Examples are "Brilliant redirect", "Caught the traps", "All N tests green" and "Shipped it unread". Each one comes from a signal the scorer already records. No extra AI call.
Weekly leagues
Six divisions: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Master. Groups of up to 30, reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Points are your best score per challenge that week, weighted by difficulty: easy 1, medium 1.5, hard 2. In groups of 10 or more, the top 5 move up and the bottom 5 move down. No demotion from Bronze, no promotion past Master.

Rank card, share images and sign in
The GitHub README rank card has a new design in dark, light and orange themes. Old embeds keep working. Scored runs get new share images. Signing in and signing up are simpler.
What stays the same
Scoring, tiers, XP, badges, streaks and your history are unchanged. The free tier is still 3 submissions on our key, then your own Anthropic key in Settings.
